Riverside

Riverside Church Centre

Riverside Church is accessible for wheelchair users and people with additional access needs, with step-free access from street level and ramp access from the riverside. The room where I work is accessed by lift, with stairs also available as an alternative. Accessible toilets are available on the ground floor, with appropriate handrails and facilities.

As Riverside is a community building with a number of different spaces, I’ll make sure you have clear information about where to enter and how to find the therapy room before your first appointment.

There is limited on-street parking available nearby, as well as Okehampton Street Car Park, which is a short walk from the venue. Okehampton Street Car Park is a council-operated, paid car park and has accessible parking spaces for Blue Badge holders.

If you’re travelling by car, it may be helpful to allow a little extra time to park and find the building, particularly for your first appointment. If you have any questions about accessing the building or would like to discuss any additional requirements before your appointment, please feel free to get in touch.

Good life

The Good Life Therapy Centre

The Good Life Therapy Centre is accessible, with accessible parking spaces close to the entrance and step-free access to the building and waiting area. A portable ramp is available to provide access to the therapy rooms if required. There is free on-site parking at both the front and back of the building, and the green spaces can also be used if needed. Parking is available for up to three hours, which provides plenty of time for your appointment.

Before your first appointment, I’ll make sure you have clear information about where to enter and how to find the therapy room. Please note that the toilets at the centre are not wheelchair accessible, although there is an accessible toilet available at the Starbucks next door.

If you have any questions about accessing the building or would like to discuss any additional requirements before your appointment, please feel free to get in touch.

Online Counselling & Coaching

Sometimes being able to access support from the comfort of your own home can make all the difference.

I offer counselling and coaching sessions online via Zoom, giving you the flexibility to access support wherever you feel most comfortable. Before your session, I’ll send you a private Zoom link. At your appointment time, simply click the link and we’ll meet online.

To help you feel safe and able to speak openly, it’s important to find a quiet, private space where you can talk without being overheard or interrupted. You’ll also need a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.

You don’t need to be confident with technology - if you’re new to online sessions, I’ll make sure you know what to expect and help you get settled.

Whether we meet online or in person, my aim is the same: to provide a safe space for you to be seen, heard and supported, at your own pace.

Telephone Counselling & Coaching
Telephone counselling and coaching is also available where this feels more suitable for you. If you would prefer to talk without video, we can arrange your sessions by telephone.
